Official Rules & Regulations *

Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older, except: (a) residents of Rhode Island, New York and Florida (unless residents of these excluded states also have a valid Maine residential address); and (b) officers, directors, and employees of Mayo Street Arts and members of their respective households and immediate family members. Compliance with the eligibility requirements will be determined solely by Mayo Street Arts. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes Period: Submissions will be accepted from 12:00 AM EST on July 1, 2024 until 11:59 PM EST on Thursday, August 15, 2024. Entries: Minimum requirements for entry includes all fields in the online entry form. Entries are limited to one per person. Contributing to Mayo Street Arts will not improve an individual’s chance of winning. No Contribution or Purchase Necessary: There is no contribution or purchase required to enter this sweepstakes. By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by the sweepstakes rules. Determination of Winners and Awarding of Prize: 12 winners will be chosen via a random drawing. Winner need not be present at the drawing to win. 12 winners will receive an invitation via the email provided at 12:00 PM on Sunday, August 18, 2024 to purchase one (1) pay-what-you-can ticket to "Things Easily Forgotten" ($50 suggested price). If the winner(s) do not purchase a ticket within 48 hours of the invitation, that prize will be deemed forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Winners are not guaranteed their choice of showtime. Mayo Street Arts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Estimated Value of Prize is based on the retail value of $50. Prize is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, or transferable. No substitutions for prize will be made. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received and cannot be projected. Only one prize will be awarded to any one winner. Releases: Winners will be publicly announced on Monday, August 5, 2024. Mayo Street Arts may use each winner’s name without compensation in advertising or otherwise, and is released from any and all liability arising out of anyone’s participation in this sweepstakes, including the preparation and release of any information relating to any person’s participation in the sweepstakes, and all matters relating to any person’s acceptance and use of any prize. By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold Mayo Street Arts and its trustees, employees, and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes, or resulting from acceptance of the prize.
